Rule 142
Record of leave and treatment expenses
: (1) The record of leave and treatment expenses taken by the armed police personnel in accordance with this regulation shall be kept in the format as per schedule-14.
(2) When an armed police officer is transferred or promoted to another office, the notice of transfer or promotion as well as the copy of the records as per sub-rule (1) shall be sent to the current office.
(3) A copy of the record of leave and medical expenses as per sub-rule (1) shall also be given to the concerned armed police personnel. In the event of action for promotion, the responsibility of submitting such records will be the responsibility of the concerned office where the concerned armed police personnel are employed.
